Privacy policy

This website is operated by Ivalead (“we”, “us”). We take privacy seriously and collect as little personal data as possible.

What we collect

• Contact form and email. When you contact us, we receive the information you provide: your name, email address, company and message. We use it only to respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to manage that relationship.
• Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first service that does not use cookies, does not track you across sites and does not collect personal data.

This site sets no cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your data for marketing.

Processors

• Cloudflare hosts this website and provides privacy-preserving analytics.
• Web3Forms relays contact-form submissions to our inbox.
• Zoho Mail hosts our email.

Legal basis and retention

We process enquiry data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you, or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@ivalead.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
